Anxiety and panic treatment by telehealth

Worry you cannot switch off, a body that stays tense, or panic that arrives without warning. None of it has to be something you simply live with.

What anxiety care covers

Mindful Psychiatry treats anxiety across its range, from generalized worry to panic and everything in between. That includes thoughts that loop and will not stop, physical tension that never quite lets go, and sudden waves of panic. Anxiety rarely shows up alone, so work, sleep, family, physical health, and history are all part of the conversation.

Who it helps

Care is available for children age six and up, teens, adults, and older adults located in Missouri. Some people come in after years of managing on their own. Others notice anxiety has recently started shaping what they avoid. Either way, you will not be rushed and you will not be judged.

What the first visit looks like by video

For many people with anxiety, not having to drive somewhere or sit in a waiting room makes the first step easier. Visits happen by secure video from wherever you are in the state. After a free 15-minute consultation, the 60-minute comprehensive evaluation covers your history and what you want to be different. You leave with options explained in plain language and a written plan you agreed to.

Treatment options

Plans are individualized. Depending on your goals, care may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy using talk-based CBT and mindfulness, or both. Nothing gets decided for you, and questions are always welcome.

Insurance and booking

Check the plans accepted and self-pay rates. Weekday and weekend appointments are available, with exact times shown when you book.
